April 9 Tagus Cove

Wednesday, April 9. Late in the afternoon, we went to Tagus Cove and planned to climb up some rugged terrain to get a good view of Darwin’s lake. We had a (semi) dry landing at a place where pirates and wayfarers used to seek shelter and actually left historic graffiti carved into the rock.

It was a strenuous climb but the view was worth it!

Our ship is the tiny spec on the right.
