Getting There
Getting there, and back, is likely to be the hardest part of this trip. We leave SFO on the afternoon of November 2 and fly directly to Dubai - 16hrs give or take, arriving on the evening of the 3rd. We then spend the night in Dubai and catch a flight to Muscat on the morning of the 4th. The time difference is 11 hours ahead of San Francisco. Enough to completely screw you up.
Nothing the intrepid Ramsay's can't handle with ease so long as there's enough media on our iPads to keep us amused and the appropriate mild sleeping aid to zonk us out.
We've not been given a huge amount of information about this trip so we're expecting some surprises. Since it's only 16 people, I'm hoping for some flexibility and some great photo-ops. With Chris, you never know what's next and this could be part of the fun.
